We also provide 24/7 monitoring via our alarm-receiving centre (ARC), whilst our experienced team is fully trained to deal with emergency situations quickly and efficiently. Our emergency security systems and monitoring services are designed to ensure prompt action is taken in the event of a genuine alarm, such as contacting emergency services. We offer flexible maintenance packages for our domestic, commercial and education customers, taking their needs and budget into account.

Flexible maintenance and monitoring contracts
If you take out a maintenance contract with us, your alarm will be inspected every six or twelve months, depending on the type of system you have installed. As a contract customer, you’re entitled to 24-hour callout cover, 365 days a year.
